We took a ride back to Naboo...
Dec. 27th, 2019 09:28 pmPadme exited the Queens quarters with a tray of food to bring to the boy. Her handmaidens were all seen to but she wanted to make sure Ani was alright. He's been taken away from his home, his mother and been examined by the jedi all in short order, that couldn't have been easy on him. He was clearly an empathetic boy and she hated to think that harm might have come to him on her behalf.
"Ani?" She peered around the corner to where he'd been set up with sleeping arrangements. It wasn't a long passage to Naboo but it was enough that he should rest. Again he'd been through so much it was hard to imagine him not being exhausted.
"I thought you might be hungry, so I brought you something." Padme held the tray up and smiled. Dressed in the casual robes all the handmaids wore, simple gray and blue, so much easier to move and function in than her own formal garments. She swept into the room to set the tray down if he indicated he wanted anything.
